2. What data do I process?

If you get in touch by email, through the form on the freelance page or through the form on a domain name page, I receive only what you fill in or send yourself: usually your name, email address and the content of your question. On the freelance form that also includes the type of engagement you select and, if you fill them in, your timing and a link to the work. A form submission is forwarded to me as email straight away and is not stored separately in a database.

3. Purpose of processing

I use that data only to:

1. Reply to your question or offer.
2. Prepare and carry out any agreement, for example the sale of a domain name.

4. Statistics

1. This website uses Vercel Web Analytics to keep anonymised visitor statistics, such as the number of visitors and the pages they view. No tracking cookies are placed and no personal data that can be traced back to you is collected.
2. The site does set one functional cookie, to remember your choice of language. What it holds and for how long is described in the cookie statement.

5. Sharing with third parties

I never sell your data. Data only reaches parties that are necessary, such as:

1. Vercel, for hosting this website.
2. Resend, for sending email from the contact form.
3. Escrow.com, if you buy a domain name: the transfer then runs through their platform, under their own privacy terms.

6. Retention period

1. I keep email correspondence for as long as is reasonably needed to handle your question or the agreement.

7. Your rights

1. You always have the right to view, correct or delete your data. Send an email to demy@vanrink.com to do so.
